BBQ Egyptian Summer Lamb Chops
Here is a simple recipe that’s easy and delicious.
- 6 Lamb Chops
- 2-3 TBS Big Cove Foods Egyptian Summer Spice Blend
- 1 Lemon, zest & juice
Put Lamb Chops into a bowl. Sprinkle Egyptian Summer Spice Blend and Lemon zest on top. Mix until well coated. Let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour.
Start BBQ and get it to 350-400 F. About 5 minutes before you put lamb chops on the grill add 1-2 TBS of lemon juice and toss.
Cook the lamb chops for about 8-10 minutes. It really depends on how cooked you like them.
