Thanksgiving on a Sheet Pan

Thanksgiving is all about tradition, right? But sometimes life throws a curveball, and you find yourself wanting that cozy, comforting holiday meal without all the fuss. We get it! This is our  not-so-traditional, but incredibly satisfying, Thanksgiving-inspired dish featuring our "Mary Had a Lot of Lamb" spice blend.

Inspired by a Melissa Clark and all her wonderful ideas; we loved the concept and brought a Big Cove Foods spin on it. This recipe is like a warm Thanksgiving hug but on a smaller, less intensive scale. We're talking juicy turkey breasts or thighs that are dressed up with the bold flavours of our "Mary Had a Lot of Lamb" spice blend, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and some olive oil. Pair it with sweet potato wedges, Brussels sprouts, and crispy pancetta, and you've got all the familiar holiday flavours on your plate.

Sure, it's not your grandma's Thanksgiving spread, but sometimes life calls for a more relaxed approach. We're all about enjoying the foods we know and love, even when the occasion isn't picture-perfect. So, let's dive into this delicious Mary Had a Lot of Lamb Turkey recipe, and you'll see how easy it is to savour those holiday flavours in a way that fits your schedule and taste buds. After all, good food and good times should always be on the menu, no matter the occasion!
