Game Changing Hummus
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 small cloves of garlic, diced
- 1 tbsp The Game Changer spice blend
- 1/4 cup good quality olive oil
- 1 tsp salt water as needed to thin to your right consistency
In a food processor, puree all the ingredients except for the water until smooth.
Add the water in small amounts at a time until you get the consistency you like.
Enjoy with chips or veggies!
