TEX-MEX BAKED POTATOES
2 (or more) Potatoes to bake 250 ml Restaurant-Style Sour Cream 2-3 TBS Big Cove Foods Taco Enhancer Number One Spicy A small bunch of chives A handful of shredded Mozzarella Cheese 5 dashes of Big Cove Foods Jalapeno After School Special Hot Sauce 1. Preheat oven at 425 F. Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Poke potatoes with a fork. Place on middle oven rack and cook for 45-60 mins. They are ready when you can fork them easy. 2. Meanwhile, mix Taco Enhancer with sour cream. Cut up chives. 3. Remove Potatoes from oven and cut them open. Put in sour cream mixture. Top with chives, mozzarella and Jalapeno After School Special hot sauce. 4. Wait 4 hours... Just kidding - go eat your potato!
