BBQ Egyptian Summer Lamb Chops

6 Lamb Chops 2-3 TBS Big Cove Foods Egyptian Summer Spice Blend 1 Lemon, zest & juice
1. Put Lamb Chops into a bowl. Sprinkle Egyptian Summer Spice Blend and Lemon zest on top. Mix until well coated. Let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour.
2. Start BBQ and get it to 350-400 F. About 5 minutes before you put lamb chops on the grill add 1-2 TBS of lemon juice and toss.
3. Cook the lamb chops for about 8-10 minutes. It really depends on how cooked you like them.
