2 oz Caldera Hurricane 5 Canadian Whisky 1 oz Big Cove Foods Ginger Shrub 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice 4 drops Angostura Bitters 2 Maraschino cherries (Homemade if possible) 1 tsp of Maraschino cherry juice Splash Sparkling water

In a cocktail shaker, combine whisky, ginger shrub, lemon juice and bitter. Shake with ice vigorously for 5 seconds. Strain into your favorite rock glass and add the cherries and cherry liquid, top off with a splash of sparkling water. Cheers!
