Edamame Salad with Ancient Chinese Dresssing
1 tbsp Big Cove Foods: Ancient Chinese Secret spice blend
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tbsp Sriracha
1/4 tsp sugar
2 cups Edamame beans, shelled and cooked
1/2 cup Carrots, grated
1/2 cup Roasted Red Pepper
1/4 cup Sprouts
1/4 cup crushed peanuts, unsalted, roasted
In a small bowl, mix the ingredients of your dressing well.
Combine the salad ingredients together and toss with the dressing.
