1 oz Big Cove Foods Pineapple Ginger Syrup
1.5 oz Flor de Cana Gran Reserva Rum
1 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Cynar
2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters
3 oz Ginger Ale
Pour all ingredients except the ginger ale into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a collins glass full of ice. Top with ginger ale and give a gentle stir. Enjoy with a straw.
