Ginger Shrub Jumbo Shrimps
Looking for a quick and easy snack, try this out! Delicious!
1 lbs Jumbo Shrimps (or other shrimps)
1/4 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
2 Red Jalapenos, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Lime juice
3 oz Big Cove Foods Ginger Shrub
A Pinch of Salt
Preheat pan to medium high, add olive oil until shimmering. Add red onion, jalapenos, garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add ginger shrub, salt, lemon and lime juice, stir to combine. Toss in shrimp. Cook until no longer grey and transparent, or until thermometer reaches 145 F. Eat.
