Blueberry Ginger Smoothie
Start your morning with a healthy smoothie! Our Ginger Shrub is a great addition to your morning blender concoction as it has fresh juiced ginger and the almighty apple cider vinegar.
Here is our simple recipe for a blueberry ginger smoothie, or you can get creative with the ingredients and make it unique to you.
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 oz Big Cove Foods Ginger Shrub
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1-2 spoonfuls of chia seeds
2 ice cubes
Blend ingredients in your blender.
If it's too thick, add a splash more of pineapple juice or water - depending on how sweet you like it.
