Cheers to a very merry Christmas!

2 oz Caldera Distilling Hurricane Whisky

1 oz Ginger Shrub

0.5 oz Lairds AppleJack

1 dash Peychauds Bitters

Splash Lemon Sparkling water

6 Cranberries

6 pine needles

In a Cocktail shaker, smash the cranberries and the pine needles together. Add the whisky, ginger shrub, applejack, peychauds bitters and ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top off with a little lemon sparkling water.
