Big Cove Whisky Sour
Let’s all get through the end of winter together, let the Big Cove Whiskey Sour be your guide.
2 oz Caldera Whisky
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz Big Cove Foods Grapefruit Tarragon syrup
1 egg white
Garnish: 1 dash angostura bitters
Dry shake all ingredients and then add ice and shake some more. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with your bitter.
