I think it’s safe to say everyone enjoys a long weekend, especially when the weather starts looking up! Let’s celebrate with this delicious cocktail using our Grapefruit Tarragon Syrup!
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Big Cove Foods Grapefruit Tarragon Syrup
1 oz Peychaud’s Aperitivo
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Combine in shaker with ice, shake until well chilled. Pour into highball glass with ice.
Top with 2 oz sparkling water.
