Grilled Porcini Butter Bacon Swiss Burger with Habanero Lime Mayo
The name says it all, we don't have to tell you that Porcini BBQ Genie is amazing on the BBQ.
Or do we? Porcini BBQ Genie is amazing on the BBQ!
Try it in these delightful burger patties we whipped up, with a special buttery twist!
2.5 lbs medium ground beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cups (1 stick) butter, cold, grated
1/4 cup Kewpie Mayonnaise
Swiss Cheese Slice
Sliced Red Onion
In a large bowl, gently combine all the
hamburger ingredients except for the butter. Mix just until incorporated. At the end, add the cold butter and mix until butter is dispersed throughout.
Heat a charcoal grill to a medium heat.
While that is heating up, make your sauce. Combine all sauce ingredients until well mixed. Set aside with the rest of the toppings you have placed out for your awesome burger night.
Form into patties and when the BBQ is ready, grill until cooked to your own personal preference (at least 160F).
