Pan seared wild caught Yellow Fin Tuna crusted with Big Cove Foods Ancient Chinese Secret spice blend. With corn mango salad and wild barley rice.

Method: Boil (or grill) cob of corn, or use frozen kernels, and place in bowl. Cut mango into small chunks (little bigger than the corn), finely chopped one shallot, dice up 2 fresh red chilli's, tear up 1.5 table spoons of fresh cilantro. squeeze (or sqweez if you are Chuck) 2 limes and stir altogether.

Select a wild rice you like or a rice you like and cook it.

This recipe is for 4 people so grab the tune 1inch thick is good. Dust them with the Ancient Chinese Secret Spice till they are all covered. Heat a skillet to med temp 6-7 and sear each side. Boom. Done. Now plate it nice and eat it.
