Crispy Crunchy Maple Mustard Hamonizer Wings

Chicken wings are great. These ones have a nice sweet and savory crunch.

 

2-3 lbs Chicken Wings, split

 

CHICKEN WING COATING

 

1/3 cup Big Cove Foods 100% Pure Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
2 TBS Big Cove Foods Maple Mustard Hamonizer Spice Rub
1 TBS Soy Sauce

PANKO CRUST

2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
2 TBS Big Cove Foods Maple Mustard Hamonizer Spice Rub

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

 

In a bowl, whisk together all the Chicken Wing Coating ingredients.

In another bowl, combine Panko and Maple Mustard Hamonizer.

 

Coat the wings in the Chicken Wing Coating. Cover the coated wings with the Panko Crust. Put the wings on a nice big baking sheet. For easy clean up, line with aluminum foil.

 

Stuff it in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the wings over. Pop them back in the oven for another 20 minutes. They should be done. Maybe wait a couple of minutes before diving in so... Oh, ok, just eat them right away. I tried to warn you that they might be hot so don't look at me like it's my fault you burnt your mouth on some delicious chicken wings. Things that come out of the oven are hot. I feel like we both learned an important life lesson today.

 

We ate these wings with a Blue Cheese dipping sauce.
