Good to the Last

We love so much the Scrappy's Bitters, especially the firewater. It is a staple in our boozy cabinet. So here we go, a cockail that shines of spicy, tropically and of course boozy. Pineapple Ginger Syrup is a great ingredient to bring some warm weather your way! You can use another triple sec but the one we used is just so good.


2 oz Botanist Gin

0.75 oz Lime Juice

0.75 oz Pineapple Ginger Syrup

0.75 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao Triple Sec

3 dashes Scrappy's Firewater Tincture


Put it all in a shaker with ice and shake baby shake. Strain into a coupe. Smile.
