Red Rub Gravy Poutine (Gluten Free!)

Sometimes you just want poutine for dinner. We also made a big green salad in case anyone is fearing for our health.

 

 

4 cups beef stock

3 tbsp Red Rub spice blend

4 tbsp corn starch

 

Fries

Cheese curds

 

Make the Gravy:

In small sauce pan, add the beef stock and Red Rub spice blend.  Bring to a boil and reduce the liquid for about 10 minutes.

 

In a small dish, add the corn starch and just enough water to make a slurry. Dissolve until no clumps. Add half to the gravy liquid and stir to incorporate. Keep adding until it's the thickness you would like.

 

Plate your fries, layer your cheese curds and top with some of the delicious Red Rub gravy!
