2. Wash the squash well. Slice it in half and scoop out the seeds, then slice the squash width wise into 1" slices.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the slices evenly. Sprinkle a generous amount of The Game Changer all over, use as much or as little as you'd like. Dot the butter evenly across the pan.
4. Roast 25-30 minutes, or until soft and starting to brown. Remove from oven and serve warm. (we also ate it cold mmmm)
